Automatic meter reading collection

  • As well as collecting device information such as serial number, asset number, location and description, OneStop collects over 90 different meter counts, including prints, copies, scans and faxes, broken down into mono, colour and small and large paper size, as well as many manufacturer specific counters.
  • Export or automatically email the above data to your management system. e.g. Common Sense, Evatic, Valelink and more.
  • Exports can map different counters to generic fields such as mono and colour, at a manufacturer, model, client or even device level.

Device status monitoring

  • Monitor changes in device status,
    such as error messages or low toner and many more.
  • Notifications are classified into the following categories : errors, warnings, maintenance and other.
  • Select periods to monitor devices.
  • Users can be notified by email.
  • Multiple notifications can be set allowing for flexible resolution management process.
  • Dashboard view provides instant overview of the current and new status events, as well as historical availability.

Consumable management

  • Active consumable monitoring enables delivery of consumables as and when needed
  • Users can be notified of low consumables by email
  • Custom notifications can be sent to customer on order generation
  • Order thresholds can be based on multiple criteria, including: consumable level, expected empty date, days between change, pages between change, consumable status, detailed consumable information and reading history available at device level.
